Web Hosting Support
All web hosting servers are monitored 24 /7 by Viaverio. In the event you find
your web site down, and you have verified you can access other sites, please
notify SBBS by e-mailing support@sbbs.com. Be sure to include a description of
the issue and the web site address.
SBBS does NOT support HTML (web) programming free of charge. Our
Web Hosting Services include that we provide hosting space for your
web site(s) and e-mail accounts.
An FTP account with user name and password is provided to each Web Hosting
Customer. With this information you have complete access to make modifications
to your web site. If you require assistance making the actual changes,
these services are available from SBBS for an additional fee. Contact your
SBBS Representative or e-mail support@sbbs.com.
To accept "forms" from your website, your domain name must be setup with the
FormMail script for access purposes. There is no charge for the setup. User is
responsible for all form programming. E-mail support@sbbs.com and request to have
your domain setup for FormMail access.
